Established in 1990, Foshan Nanhai Yuanwei Industrial Co., Ltd. is specialized in the research and develpment of precise moulds, injection mould products and surface processing. We can also deal with OEM orders, such as plastic moulds and die-casting design, mould manufacture, plastic injection production, coating, screen printing, and bronzing.

Covering a factory area of more than 10,000 square meters, we possess several modern workshops inside. Nowadays, there are over 400 highly skilled staff in our company, and we hold ISO9001 International Quality System Certification.

We have the mould, injection, surface processing workshops with excellent and professional CAD/CAM development designing group, different kinds of advanced international famous equipment, such as big precise injection machine, high speed CNC machining center, numerical control machine, numerical control EDM, W-EDM and mould inspection equipment.

Our annual production ability is 300 - 400 moulds, and 5,000 metric tons of injection products. Furthermore, we also have big automatic coating processing line, precise transfer printing and bronzing equipment. Therefore, we can provide complete solution to customers for mould designing, plastic injection producing, and secondary surface treatment (including coating, screen printing, and bronzing), which can largely shorten the time, production cycle and investment cost for clients to develop new products.
